SDEC H Generator Drive Engine
The H series diesel engine is jointly designed RICARDO (UK) based on the market demand characteristics in China and by reference to the mature technologies of advanced engines in the world.
The H series is a world-class power platform developed and made in accordance with GPDP development process and the SAIC MOTOR manufacturing standards. Characterized by compact structure, wide power range, high reliability, good economy and low vibration noise.
This series is currently the most advanced product in terms of technology and quality of diesel engines in the power range of domestic main 50-160 kW units. It has outstanding fuel economy and low vibration and noise advantages, and can realize dual-frequency switching in one machine, which is more conducive to quality improvement and emission upgrade.
The 4-valve structure, the optimal design of the airway vortex ratio and the combustion chamber achieve higher intake efficiency; P7100 fuel injection pump and vertical center injector arrangement, the application of new fuel atomization mixing technology, fuel consumption savings of 8-10%.
The body B10 has a life of more than 15,000 working hours and is safe and reliable. Using electronic governor, high adjustment precision, effective control of engine state characteristics.
Integral cylinder head, rear spur gear chamber, elastic connection, modular design, small size, light weight, low vibration noise.
Without intake heating auxiliary device, cold starting temperature is -15℃, strong adaptability to the environment.
