SAIC Fiat Hongyan Powertrain Co., Ltd. (SFH) was established in June 2007 by SAIC Iveco Commercial Vehicle Investment Co., Ltd. (SI), Italian Fiat Powertrain Technology Co., Ltd. (FPT Industrial), and Chongqing Mechatronics Holding Group (CQMEG). It was jointly invested and constructed by the three parties; the company was changed to a joint venture jointly funded by FPT Industrial Co., Ltd. (FPT Industrial) and Shanghai New Power Automobile Technology Co., Ltd. (SNAT) in 2021. It is one of the advanced industrial engine manufacturers in China, and also the propeller of high-tech and low-emission diesel engines in China.
The company is located in Huangmaoping Group, Economic Development Zone, Chongqing, a municipality directly under the Central Government in the southwest where the automobile and its supporting industries are developed. It was put into production in October 2008. It covers an area of about 270,000 square meters. It is planned to have a highly automated product assembly line and processing production line, as well as a complete logistics and supporting system. Modern production lines, office and living facilities and humanized management mode have laid a solid foundation for the development of SFH. The company fully introduces FPT Fiat Powertrain’s global advanced power technology, effectively uses the world’s advanced quality, environment and occupational health and safety management system, and has passed ISO14001:2004, OHSAS18001:2007 and ISO/TS16949:2009 official certificate certification.
The company’s Current Product Series Mainly Include
CURSOR and F1 series, the products cover the displacement from 2.3L to 12.9L, the maximum power from 71KW (96HP) to 412KW (560HP), and the maximum torque from 240Nm to 2500Nm. It can meet the requirements of heavy and light commercial vehicles and construction machinery, power generation The power demand of the unit.
