SDEC C Industrial Engine

The C series is characterized by high reliability, with a power range of 135~235 kW and exclusive power for export.

The C series engine introduces CATERPILLAR 3306 series diesel engine technology. The company also conducted a joint optimization design with the German FEV company to improve adaptability, reduce fuel consumption, and meet higher emission requirements, achieving the integration of adaptability, economy and high reliability, and improving product cost performance.

Turbochargers and intercoolers are selected based on operating conditions, power, and torque requirements to achieve higher air intake efficiency and fuel economy.

. Design Features
United German FEV Performance upgrades were carried out, and the design of the fuel system, cylinder head air passages, camshaft profiles and combustion chambers were optimized.

. Reliability Features
Introducing a complete set of Caterpillar drawings as well as processing, inspection and testing equipment.The mean period between failures is more than 4,000 h, and the overhaul period is more than 10,000 h.

.Supporting Adaptability
It has strong adaptability to plateaus and does not lose power at an altitude of 4,500 m. Without the intake air heating auxiliary device, the cold start temperature is -15 °C.
