SDEC G Generator Drive Engine
The G series engine is an improved design based on the original G128 generator set special diesel engine, which has been significantly upgraded in product quality, reliability, economy, vibration noise and shape. Most parts of this series of engines are common to the original model, and are the preferred supporting power for commonly used generator sets built according to SAIC MOTOR manufacturing standards.
The whole crankshaft is made of non-tempered steel, all sealing gaskets are improved, and the injection pump is directly connected with gears to cancel the rotating shaft structure, which improves the reliability.
Improve pump flow, optimize pipeline design to reduce system resistance. Increase oil pump flow, increase oil pressure, improve the lubrication of internal parts.
The oil and gas separator is added, and the temperature saver is redesigned, which can be used in areas with different ambient temperatures.
Fuel pipeline redesign, improve other peripheral pipelines, and air filter layout, protection design, reasonable layout, more industrial design. The use of extended-break connecting rod, maintenance is also more convenient.
