SDEC E Pump Engine

The E senes diesel engine is a new engine platform jointly designed by Shang-Chai Company and AVL Company of Austria, with reference to today’s international advanced engine application technology, the use of world-class equipment and according to SAIC MOTOR manufacturing standards. The electric high pressure common rail and electronic speed regulating mechanical pump fuel system are optional. This series of products has the characteristics of safety, reliability and strong power, and has better economic advantages than similar products with the same power.

4 valves per cylinder, overhead camshaft, Bedpale high strength stiffness body, rear gear chamber, maximum allowable high explosive pressure 190bar, advanced technology.
The use of MAG and other international first-class brands of automated production lines and MES system control, German Volkswagen engine manufacturing quality control system, product quality is high, good consistency.
When the life of the body B10 exceeds 15,000 working hours, it has accumulated more than 20,00h of bench reliability and durability test and more than 10,000 hours of user assessment and verification, and has high reliability.
Single camshaft combined with roller rocker arm, valve clearance adjustment period twice, tight cylinder clearance design, break connecting rod, multiple oil filtration, easy maintenance.
The whole machine can work normally at the ambient temperature of 50℃, without air intake heating auxiliary device, cold start temperature of -15℃, strong environmental adaptation.
