SDEC D Pump Engine

The D senes diesel engine is a new generation of diesel engine that is carefully built by the North American heavy-duty diesel engine standard by Shanghai Chai Company using advanced engine technology in Europe and the United States, combined with AVL and SWRI Southwest Research Institute, and is an outstanding representative of technology leadership in mature models with similar displacement in China.

The D senes diesel engine adopts four valve structure, high strength body, integral cylinder head design, key components using international first-class brand, high reliability, good economy. Al the parts have been designed and verified based on 295 kW, providing a large margin of flability in the applicable power range of 180-228 kW.

Designed according to the North American heavy duty diesel engine standard of 180bar explosion pressure, the torque reserve coefficient is up to 40%, strong power, good adaptability to working conditions, and fast load response.

According to SAIC MOTOR manufacturing standards, Volkswagen engine quality control system guarantees high product quality and good consistency.

The whole structure adopts the integrated parts design, the basic parts are 20% less than the general diesel engine, the structure is simple and the maintenance is convenient.

Without the intake heating auxiliary device, the cold starting temperature is -15℃, and the starting temperature is -30℃ with the auxiliary device, which has strong environmental adaptability.
